Kitchen and dinning room in Santa Monica
In this modern style house we had a relatively small space in order to have kitchen/dinning/living room space, so we took out the wall between the kitchen and dinning room area, and we did an epoxy concrete gloss floor, Combo of white upper cabinets and dark flat panel base cabinets to contrast with the white floor.
We've added an interior stucco finished wall with an accent and clean quartz countertop with a stone backsplash.
Very clean, modern and open concept.
Kitchen and laundry room in Pasadena
This is a 4,000 sq.ft house in Pasadena. There's a loft area on the second floor right above the laundry area so the kitchen ceiling is open all the way to the way up which is common is Pasadena houses but not so much in central LA.
We had quite a bit of room to play with and after some framing work and drywall, we did the floor with Engineered hardwood floor, oak cherry color, white maple detailed shaker cabinets, white carrera porcelain counter top and beveled subway tiles.
in the service area, we installed a service sink, laundry, and a full height wine fridge. A great combo of an open layout traditional kitchen and all the cooking you could ever do.
